• FPDS.gov/USAspending.gov: These are both databases that track information about the historical spending of the US government
• FBO.gov:  This contains information about the contracting opportunities that are currently available
• Agency forecasts:  Each agency publishes a list of thing they are likely to buy

PAID DATA RESOURCES

There are many many paid resources that provide visualizations and integrations (some with original analysis also)

BUSINESS MENTORING

• Procurement Technical Assistance Program/Center (PTAP/PTAC): Free counseling on federal procurement
• Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU):  Offices run by each agency on how to work with that agency
• SCORE/SBDC:  Free counseling from the SBA on starting any business
