KIMBERLY TEAGUEAgency Experience:
- Proposal management
- Customer service
Beginning with General Motors in 1995 and transitioning into information technology (IT) in 1996, I have earned significant experience in professional editing and writing as well as in proposal development. My former employers include Lockheed Martin, Hughes Network Systems and ACS Xerox, among others. For several years, I supported Federal clients at the Department of Transportation (DoT), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Veterans Administration (VA) with writing and editing services. Most recently, I lead a team of six technical writers in a network operations center. A Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Michigan State University and a Master of Education from the University of Maryland University College complete my formal education. I have completed training in managing proposals and writing proposals from Shipley Associates. In addition, I earned a certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library's (ITIL) IT Service Management in 2003 from Loyalist College of Applied Arts & Technology.
